At AllotMe, we strive to provide a transparent and customer-friendly experience for all our merchants. Please review our refund policy below to understand how refunds are handled for our annual service fees.

  • No Refunds After Activation : Once your business's appointment page has been activated and the annual fee has been charged, we do not offer refunds. This is because the service is delivered immediately upon activation, and the appointment page is made available for your use.
  • Trial Period : To ensure satisfaction with our platform, AllotMe may offer a trial period (if applicable) during which you can explore the system before making a payment. Please check if your subscription plan includes a trial period to evaluate the service risk-free.
  • Cancellation of Service : You can cancel your AllotMe subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the service. Upon cancellation, your appointment page will be deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • How to Request a Refund : For refund inquiries, please contact our customer support team at support@infinitetechnology.in with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Policy for Customers / Users

At AllotMe, we focus on providing a seamless booking experience for users. Since AllotMe does not collect any payments or fees from users when they book appointments with merchants, the refund process for users must be handled directly by the business or service provider. Please review the following information regarding refunds for users:

  • No Fees Collected by AllotMe : AllotMe does not charge users for booking appointments, and as such, we do not handle payments or refunds. Any payments made for services must be settled directly with the business or service provider.
  • Refunds from Businesses/Service Providers : If you have made a payment to a business through a separate method (such as direct bank transfer, payment gateway, or in-person payment), and you are seeking a refund, please contact the business or service provider directly. Each business has its own refund and cancellation policy, which will govern the process.
  • Disputes : In case of any disputes regarding payments or services provided by a business, AllotMe encourages you to resolve the issue directly with the service provider. We are not responsible for refunding payments made outside of our platform.
